Old school soba shop. No English menu, but the staff is very friendly and will help you. Just remember three words: atatakai - hot, tsumetai - cold and osusume - recommendation. So decide what type of soba, hot or cold, you would like and then ask for their recommendation. Usually, they will recommend seasonal dish.

Fantastic soba, the best I tried yet! Also the attitude is very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Will surely come back any time I am in the Shinagawa area.

Small restaurant but a good experience. Owner cannot speak English so you might need to know some Japanese to enjoy the meal. Duck/Kamo soba is the most famous one but all the food are good. Reconned to visit earlier or later then meal time if you are a tourist, because local salary man will be so many....
